2011 Pinot Noir
Brilliant, dark ruby in color with an intoxicating nose of dusty plum, black raspberries, quince, violets, brioche and spice box. The mouth is rich and dynamic with layers of cassis, pomegranate, tea leaves, dark chocolate and a tantalizing acidity that makes this a true temptress.
Winemaker: Our Winemaker, Greg Bjornstad, believes that care taken in the vineyard creates a beautiful wine in the bottle. His hands-on approach during the growing season is balanced by a philosophy of allowing the true characteristics of the terroir to express themselves with minimal intervention during winemaking.
